Role Overview

TOTCI Group is seeking a skilled Full‑Stack Developer to build, maintain, and enhance web applications, internal tools, and customer‑facing platforms. The role requires strong front‑end and back‑end development capabilities with hands‑on experience in modern frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy web applications using front‑end and back‑end technologies.
• Build responsive user interfaces and ensure cross‑browser compatibility.
• Design and manage APIs, databases, and server‑side logic.
• Maintain and improve existing systems, fixing bugs and optimizing performance.
• Collaborate with design, operations, and technical teams to deliver new features.
• Ensure code quality through proper documentation, version control, and testing.
• Monitor application performance and implement improvements.
• Stay updated with modern development tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Full‑Stack Developer.
• Strong knowledge of front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue).
• Strong back‑end experience (Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar).
• Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and integration workflows.
• Experience with Git or other version‑control systems.
• Understanding of cloud hosting, deployment, and basic DevOps is an advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
