Role Overview
TOTCI Computers is looking for a reliable and customer‑focused Cashier to manage billing, handle daily cash/credit transactions, and support smooth shop operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer billing through POS/ERP systems.
- Process cash, card, and online payments accurately.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges as per company policy.
- Maintain daily cash balance and submit end‑of‑day reports.
- Assist customers with basic product information and direct them to sales staff when needed.
- Keep the cashier counter organized and ensure all transactions are recorded properly.
- Coordinate with the sales and inventory team for product availability and pricing.
- Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of cashier or retail counter experience (electronics/IT shop preferred).
- Basic knowledge of computers, accessories, and IT products.
- Experience using POS, billing software, or ERP systems.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English; Hindi/Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to handle peak‑hour customer flow efficiently.
- Presentable, punctual, and trustworthy.
