Role Overview
TOTCI Group is looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with enquiries, quotation preparation, follow‑ups, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries and assist the sales team with product information and pricing.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up with customers for approvals.
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and technical teams for stock availability, delivery, and installation schedules.
- Maintain and update CRM/ERP with enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and closed deals.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and documentation.
- Maintain organized records of quotations, invoices, and customer communication.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role (IT industry preferred).
- Basic understanding of IT products, computers, networking, and accessories.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM/ERP systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Fluency in English.
